Remember that guy who hit me and Jim on the way to work one morning? Well, I *finally* heard back from his insurance company. It turns out that he didn’t have insurance coverage after all. The lady told me that his policy was renewed that evening, but at the time of the accident, he was not insured.
Oh great. :mad: 
Well, I have an appointment to get an estimate on the damages Friday afternoon. I will call the guy when I have the amount of damage. Rather than pay my deductible and let Geico go after him, it would be cheaper for me to either get the money from him directly or take him to court myself.
Personally, I’m hoping for the former.
