I wanted to share with y’all what my desk space looks like where I’m working now:

That’s pretty much it. I also have a small bookshelf, but it’s empty at the moment. This little guy “guards” my monitors:

One of my coworkers from another department came over to my desk to chitchat and see how I’d “settled in.” She looked over everything you see above then turned to me and said, “Yep. You’re as geeky as the rest of them. You’re in the right place!”

I love my new job. :D
