Yeah the yellow tinge is a setting for white level adjustments, usually used when taking outdoor pictures during the day.
Just look for the white level adjustment in the settings.
Adorable costume though ^_^

Calli: Yeah, I figured it was, but I didn’t know that it was on, much less how to turn it off. My camera has a wholly different menu structure and I spent half the night trying to figure out where stuff was and out of frustration just used it as is, LOL! I don’t remember what brand it is off-hand, but it’s a pain, LOL! (shutter speed is a LOT slower than mine too, which is odd because overall his is a better camera *shrug*)
