Do Dah Day was fun, though I think for once my camera batteries outlasted me. LOL! I did manage to get a few cool shots in:
By about 2 o’clock, I was ready to go and feeling horrible. My allergies were acting up and nothing I took helped (and all the medicine I was taking was leaving me feeling a bit out of it). We left and went home for a bit, then met up with Jim’s brother Michael and his family and Jim’s mom for a bit of dinner at The Fish Market downtown. I’ve always loved this place, they have excellent crab claws! Unfortunately they were out when we got there last night. :( *pout* No problem, the Cajun Chicken and Alfredo plate (my 2nd fave) was both delicious and very filling! :)
Jim and I got in late last night. Jessie was allowed to spend the night over at Jim’s mom’s so she could sleepover with her cousins. She had a blast. We’re hoping to ride down to see everyone next month.
I woke up with the worst headache this morning, so I’m taking things easy. Jim’s outside right now cleaning out his old car. We used it as a trade-in when bought the new one Friday night, so he’ll have to have it cleaned out so Hyundai can come pick it up.
Jim now drives a 2007 red Hyundai Tiburon GT Limited. It’s SO SWEET! :D It’s Redfire Pearl with red leather interior. I’m hoping to get some shots of it today or next week. (Of course as soon as the last of the paperwork is taken care of tomorrow, I’ll be hitting up Geico for a car insurance quote so we can see if it’s cheaper for Jim to be on with me on my insurance, or if we’ll go another way. ;p)

Jen and I both hit the sack early last night. The sun wiped me out yesterday. But, we had a great time with the dogs. Also, I got my corn dog and funnel cake. YUM! Today, I still feel worn down but it was fun. I posted a bunch of pics on my blog.
