I had been meaning to post this for about a week or so. Do you remember a local magazine by the name of Weird Alabama? It ran until about 10 years ago, when it was shut down by Barnes and Noble because apparently they owned the trademark on the “Weird.” I’m happy to say that the same folks who ran that magazine have reassembled under a new name over the years and are publishing again! Enter, Strange Alabama. I had somehow missed their first publication in August, but caught the post about how their special Halloween edition last week.
So, if you’re into local lore, unusual sights, and maybe even the paranormal, I think you’ll enjoy this magazine. I know I have!
