I just got off the phone with my doctor’s office, they finally received my test results — I have gall stones, and will need to have them removed. They’ll be referring me to a surgeon, I requested Brookwood Hospital because they took care of Jim when he was there. So I’ll be having surgery, and it’s been recommended that I have it soon.
Not that I want to put it off and risk another attack like last week’s!
Thank you to all who’ve sent warm wishes and prayers. Please continue to keep my family in your thoughts and prayers as well … because Lord help me, I’m about to choke my husband! :dry_tb:

OH MY GOD! You’re not fat and forty! What on earth have
you been eating dear? My granny was given hers after the
operation, we played marbles with them.

I’ve been eating more grease than I should’ve. That’s one thing I miss about UAB — I ate better there because I had to actually get out for food if I didn’t bring my lunch from home. Here, I’ve been tempted by the mall food — none of which I should’ve had, LOL!
Plus, my mother’s side of the family has a genetic predisposition for gallstones and other gallbladder-related maladies. In addition to that, I take hormones and that increases my chances as well. :(

Your request for prayer is my command.
Trust me, you’ll survive surgery and be glad you had it. No, I’m not a real doctor, but on my website I’m Doctor IQ and I did stay in a Holiday Inn one time, but I’m not saying who stayed with me. :-)

LOL! Thank you, Don. :)

I wish I could support you when you had to face your surgery. But now, I can still give you my pray for your better life in the future. Take care and enjoy your life.

My father had similar problems, trust me you will be your old self soon enough :)
