I’m not sure how I got here (which explains at least 75% of my surfing, LOL), but I ran across an interesting article on SoYouWanna.com: SoYouWanna Cure a Hangover?
It’s a bit simplistic, but covers the full how’s and why’s on drinking and the effects of alcohol on your body. What caught my attention initially was the “Quaff Our Ultimate Hangover Cure” section. It looks like I always went about it wrong when I was younger and could hold my liquor a bit more, LOL. Hangover cures have always interested me … I like to look to see what other people recommend you take, drink, eat, etc. before drinking, before bed, etc. to prevent the “next morning syndrome.” (And some turn out to be QUITE entertaining!)
Personally, nothing I’ve tried works anymore, so I rarely drink. However, when I do, I’ve found that if I avoid smoke/smoking (which I so desperately want to do when drinking, for some odd reason) I’m generally ok — and as long as I avoid large amounts of bad coffee, as I found out after my last trip to ‘the monkey.’ LOL!

Smoking when drunk is good. But the best cure is 2 pints of water before bed. this dehydrates you before waking up. That and some good old resolve sachets. ;)
