My God, I can’t believe my vacation is already over. :neutral:

Wednesday night, Jim and I went over to Moporoco‘s house for the birthday party that the Mob Mentality guys were having for him. Most of the guys I knew already, these were mutual friends of Jim and me, plus a few peeps we used to work with. I was still feeling pretty crappy from my cold, but had a good time nonetheless.

(Hey Martin/Garrett, I want copies of those DDR pics! ;))

Thursday I spent recovering … I didn’t drink much, but I was pretty weak from being out all night. Friday I spent cleaning around the house and being a couch potato.

Yesterday I went shopping with my mother and brother Jeremy. That was pretty fun. I went by the Galleria to pick up Jim’s birthday present, a Shiatsu massager. :grin:

Unfortunately Jim was pretty pissed that I was gone for most of the day. We had plans to go out, so we fought for most of the afternoon after I got back. Last night though we went out to eat and I gave him his gift and explained why I was late. He apologized for being an ass and I think felt pretty bad about it.

We got home right at midnight, and stood outside in front of the house to see the fireworks displays. There were 3 separate ones going on that could be seen from our house, so it was very loud, but very cool! :)

We’re supposed to go today to see his mom.

Tomorrow the Tide plays Texas Tech … I’m keeping my fingers crossed on this one.
