Ok, I think I am finally close to being done with the changes to this theme. I’ve corrected hardcoded paths by using WP-specific variables. I’ve created template pages for search and category results, fixed page displays, changed full search/category displays to excerpts for easier reading, and even setup author pages to display profile details (with the help of this plug).

[Edit: I still have the “next page” issue, but I hope to have a fix for that soon too. I’ll be able to concentrate more on it now that it is the only issue left (or, that I’m aware of…).]

Hopefully I’ll be able to convert the other themes over the course of next week. I might phase a couple of them out in the meantime. I’ve been looking at several plugs that use Ajax, and might look at implementing that into my site next.
